Icod de los Vinos, situated in the northwest side of the Tenerife island, has an approximate extension of 90 km2 in a space formed by a continuous slope of smooth unevenness from its extensive forest mass of canary pine to the sea, with an altitude of 220m, almost 10km of coast and a population of 23,000 inhabitants.
